2016-2017 Student Enrollment Application





A public election for three (3) seats on the Governing Board of the Sciotoville Community

School will be held on Friday, June 10, 2016 in Annex 5 at East High School from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.  Any citizen who is unable to be present to vote on Friday, June 10th and wishes to cast an absentee ballot must adhere to the following:


1.       Come to the Office of the Treasurer at East High School between

the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on June 6th, 7th, 8thor 9th.


2.       Present a current valid form of picture identification that can be used to

compare the persons identity and address to those found on the voter

registration records of the Scioto County Board of Elections.

3.       Complete the absentee ballot and return the same before leaving the

Office of the Treasurer.  No ballot is to be removed from the Office at any time.


Any citizen who is physically unable to meet the above requirements should call the Office of the Treasurer at East High School at 776-6777 between the hours of 8:00 a.m.

and 3:00 p.m. on June 6th, 7th, 8th or 9th to request special assistance in absentee voting.

Students entered an essay contest which was sponsored by the Area Agency on Aging about an influential elderly person in their life. Jonas Cooper got 1st place and will receive $100 gift card to Walmart and Abby Puckett got 2nd place and will receive $50 gift card to Walmart. Congratulations to both of you!
