NOTICE to 7th and 12th Grade Students and Parents
Students entering 7th and 12th grade are required to receive the Meningococcal vaccine beginning the 2016-2017 school year. The majority of students enrolled at East High School have already been vaccinated prior to their entry into school, however parents should take measures to ensure their child is vaccinated with all mandated vaccines prior to the beginning of this school year. Children have 14 days from the beginning of the school year to show proof of required vaccines or will not be able to remain in school.
